PLAYER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Welcome to the second GOC Markham Fundraising Hockey Game!  

If you are here then you are a hockey player over the age of 18, and interested in playing on one of our St. Panteleimon Lions Hockey Teams!

The game will be played between Lions "A" versus Lions "B".  Players wishing to play with friends on either Lions "A" or Lions "B" can request to play with a friend on the form below.

In registering to play we will provide the jerseys, socks, ice, teams, and referees, and most importantly a memorable, professionally run game, which your family and friends are invited to come and watch!  There will be a ceremonial puck drop, announcement of the players, mascot, giveaways, puck toss during intermission, and so much more!

In return we ask that you forward your pledge form link to family, friends and co-workers in your committment to raise at least $250 in fundraising pledges - the proceeds of which will support our community's youth programs!

On the form you will be able to designate your position, jersey size, jersey number, and personalization.
