 Our Greek Language Program was launched in 2010 and has seen over 200 students enrolled annually over the years. The program offers Greek Language education for children in JK, SK, and Grades 1 through to 8.  Each grade has its own classroom and its own teacher (some Grades have more than one class due to high enrolment), all of who are fluent in both English and Greek.  The program is language based and intended for children who seek to be bilingual in English and Greek.

It is not a requirement for children to already speak Greek prior to attending our school.  Our program is essentially Greek as a second language and therefore both our books and classrooms incorporate English in the learning process to ensure the success of our students.  

Our curriculum focus is the Greek language using textbooks, however, in the process they will also learn some culture, religion, geography and history. All grades participate in Dance Instruction and the younger grades include art activities and play based learning. The children in preparation for our celebrations will learn Greek dance, poems, plays and songs.

During the course of the year, we hold 4 celebrations in which all the children perform poems, songs, plays and dances for their parents and families, with the assistance of our very active Parent Committee.
